Mas de Daumas Gassac

Mas de Daumas Gassac Rosé Frizant

A genuine rosé wine – it could almost be a fruit juice – delights the palate with lively fine bubbles, smooth fruity aromas, very fresh thanks to its low alcohol content!

Technical sheet

Natural Charmat method (no added sugar or yeast).
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed.
Alcoholic fermentation begins naturally thanks to the indigenous yeasts present on the grape skins.
Before fermentation is complete, the wine is placed in a closed pressurized tank (Charmat).
The natural CO₂ produced at the end of fermentation remains trapped in the wine, creating fine, elegant bubbles without the addition of sugar or yeast.
Filtration and bottling under pressure: the result is an Extra Brut with vibrant fruit and total purity.

If the bottle warms up too quickly on the table, it can be immersed in an ice bucket for around 30 minutes.
