A genuine rosé wine – it could almost be a fruit juice – delights the palate with lively fine bubbles, smooth fruity aromas, very fresh thanks to its low alcohol content!

Vinification:
Bled Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the younger Daumas Gassac vineyards. The “free-run” grape juice is then fermented in a closed tank so as to retain all the fermenting gas.
Maturing:
Closed stainless steel tank.
Yield:
45 hl/ha.
Vendange
100% Manual
Alcohol:
11 % Vol.

Tasting Hints

Drink young – within 2 years – when the fruit is still totally lively.

The Mas de Daumas Gassac Rosé Frizant is best drunk chilled – between 4 and 6°C – preferably served in a flute.
If the bottle warms up too quickly on the table, it can be immersed in an ice bucket for around 30 minutes.
