True laboratory created by the Guibert brothers in 2020, this space dedicated to viticultural expression is designed to offer distinctive wines that are both sincere and vibrant, paying tribute to the richness of the terroir.

Atelier Guibert embodies the Guibert Family deep commitment to total respect for natural cycles, favouring an intuitive and harmonious approach to growing vines.

SOiLS & TERROIR

The vines, planted in the Aniane vicinity, benefit from a climate that is ideal for the grapes to flourish, nourished by cool winds that give them a natural richness and elegance. Through this choice of terroir, Atelier Guibert aims to magnify the diversity of the soils, producing wines capable of capturing the very essence of these landscapes.

Each wine made here is based on a soil, a place and an energy. It is conceived as a work in its own right, where nature meets meticulous craftsmanship.

Freed from rigid frameworks, Atelier Guibert explores, dares and strives to reveal the authenticity of the fruit and the energy of the place.

Syrah 2020vin de France : A sincere and vibrant wine, crafted from plots in Aniane, outside the main vineyard of Mas de Daumas Gassac. Its unique terroir, with complex soils rich in rolled pebbles, promotes ideal ripening, combining concentration and freshness – sold out

Génésis 2024IGP saint-Guilhem-le-Désert : Made from an infusion of Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault from old vines on active limestone, this cuvée reveals a vibrant nose, combining citrus, floral hints, and notes of garrigue.

“Chatouille” captures the mischievous spirit of childhood in a sparkling grape juice of remarkable finesse. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on clay-limestone soils, it offers a pure and vibrant expression of the fruit.

Hand-harvested and gently pressed, our grapes are then pasteurized and lightly carbonated. This natural craftsmanship preserves all the freshness, indulgence, and liveliness of the grapes.

Light and refreshing, Chatouille is perfect for festive moments as well as quiet, gentle occasions. A playful, accessible drink that brings a smile from the very first sip.

Serve chilled to fully enjoy its vivacity. Once opened, keep for up to 3 days, making sure to reseal the bottle to preserve its bubbles.
