Intense aromas of oranges and white flowers on a lemony ray.
Palate:
Beautiful attack ; fruity aromas and touch of honey.
Finish:
Long and strong, fresh and full.
Soil type:
Clay and limestone terroir close to the Thau Lagoon. Rich in marl.
Grape varieties:
50% Chardonnay, 30% Viognier, 20% Sauvignon.
Vinification:
100% De-stemmed. Skin maceration in stainless steel taks, pressed and vinified under control temperature.
Maturing:
Partial ageaing in barrels for 5 months.
Yield:
40 – 45 hl/ha
Alcohol:
13% Vol.

Within 3 years.
KEEPING:
Wine to keep for 3 years.
We advise you to drink this wine within three years so as to enjoy the maximum fruity aromas and freshness.
As with all wines, the temperature at which it’s kept will dictate how well it keeps. The ideal is between 12°C and 18°C.
TASTING:
Best served between 10°C and 12°C.
To enjoy it best, we advise you to drink this wine as an aperitif or with a meal.
The wine is even better if decanted to allow its complex characteristics to emerge.
