These conditions apply to product sales by the SAS Moulin de Gassac as a result of orders via Internet or telephone. They are automatically made available to the purchaser on the Home page of the Daumas Gassac website.
The purchaser simply has to click on “Sales Conditions” to see the terms and conditions of purchase, even before launching the process of purchase.<\/p>

The fact of placing an order, therefore, implies that the purchaser shall absolutely and without any conditions abide by these Terms to the exclusion of any other documents such as prospectuses and catalogues which may have been published by the seller and which are over-ridden by the present Terms.
The fact that the seller may not always exercise his right to enforce these conditions cannot be interpreted as a renunciation of his right to exercise one or all of them at anytime in the future.<\/p>

Our offers are reserved exclusively for private clients, and do not apply to professional re-sellers.<\/p>

Price<\/h2>

The SAS Moulin de Gassac undertakes to honour the prices displayed on the Website subject to stock being available.<\/p>

Prices are displayed in Euros (\u20ac). They include all Taxes, but not transport costs, unless with prior agreement, and are subject to product availability.
Products delivered in Metropolitan France and Corsica : prices include French VAT and duty. Where delivered elsewhere in the European Community, the prices include French VAT and duty but do not take into account excise duty or other taxes that may be in force in certain countries and which may be claimed from the purchaser when delivered.<\/p>

Transport & delivery charges<\/h2>

Basis of calculating delivery charges in Metropolitan France:<\/p>

Transport and delivery charges vary according to quantity and destination. However, we cover the cost of transport for all orders equal to or above 24 bottles going to the same address in Metropolitan France with the exception of promotional offers (Spring and En Primeur offers).<\/p>

NOTE : If you order some wines not in the En Primeur offer, as well as wines in the En Primeur offer, the transport tariff applicable is the Transport tariffs Vat included for the 2025 En Primeur offer (see section 5-2)<\/p>
